My name is Jessica Thomas. This is my sixth year teaching and first year with 1st grade. Previously I taught 2nd grade. I am originally from Kernersville, NC which is near Winston-Salem and Greensboro. Over 10 years ago I moved to Charlotte to attend college. In 2005, I graduated from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelors of Arts in Elementary Education and a minor in English.
My husband and I have one son (Landon) and two dogs (Ace and Piper)
In my spare time, I LOVE watching pro-football (GO PANTHERS!) My husband played soccer all through college and therefore I am beginning to love it just as much. I also enjoy spending time with my family, camping, going to the beach, and to the park.
